The Start of "Palm Coast Duo" (Sandi and Denis Logan)
Sandi and Denis joined CENTURY 21-100 Realty in February, 2007, after working for another CENTURY 21
Franchise. We bring the values attained from our Church membership to our Real Estate Sales career. Sandi and Denis
married for 43 years join together to form a strong full time Sales team (Palm Coast Duo). We believe
that although the office closes at 5:00 pm, we are at work as long as the Customers need help. We make
ourselves available to our Customers 7 days a week.
Denis was raised in Jacksonville, FL.; served in the U.S. Army Signal Corps, spending most of the tour
in Germany. then worked for the Winn-Dixie stores at their Spice and Coffee plant in Jacksonville,before
moving to Toledo, Ohio where Sandi and Denis met and were married. Sandi stated "She married her best
friend" and we raised 3 children in Ohio, While Denis worked for Coca-Cola Bottling Co. as a vending
machine serviceman Sandi raised 3 children and also worked for the post office for 10 years. After the
children left the nest Sandi and Denis teamed up together as cross country semi truck drivers. Sandi quit
trucking to start a successful cleaning business while Denis finished a truck driving career, retiring
from Roadway Express Inc. and then they moved to Florida. Both Sandi and Denis bring maturity,
honesty and a love of people to our business life. The Palm Coast Duo and CENTURY 21-100 Realty bring
